In Nuremberg-Südstadt, a modern penthouse apartment with 70 m² living space and an exclusive roof terrace (40 m²) including a lounge is available. Centrally located, quiet, and equipped to a high standard, it is perfect for up to 4 people. Free parking is available.
In Hemhofen – in the heart of the Erlangen-Höchstadt region, two comfortably furnished apartments await you,
perfect for your business or private stay in the region.
Our 40 m² business apartment in Hemhofen is ideal for tradespeople, project staff, and business travelers – starting from €49 per night, including Wi-Fi, parking, a fully equipped kitchen,desk, bed linen, towels, and attractive discounts for long-term stays.
The 100 m² Panorama Lodge on the top floor is spacious, flooded with light, and features two balconies. It accommodates up to six people and combines peaceful living in a green setting with a modern ambiance. Free parking is available directly at the house.

When can I arrive and when do I have to leave?
Check-in is convenient and contactless via our key box from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Is there parking or what is the best way to get to the accommodation?
The penthouse in Nuremberg offers free parking directly at the building. The "Schweiggerstraße" tram stop is located in the immediate vicinity, just 200 meters away.
In Hemhofen, street parking is available directly in front of the building. The "Hemhofen Schloßhof" bus stop, served by lines 205 and 246 (bus connections to Erlangen and Höchstadt), is about 600–800 meters away on foot.

Is there Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen or a washing machine?
All temporary home accommodations have the following amenities:

How can I pay and what happens if I cancel?
Payment is made in two steps: 30% deposit within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
The remaining 70% is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation: Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge, full refund of the deposit. From 14 days before arrival: the full rental price
For a replacement tenant: only a 10% processing fee will be retained.
A security deposit of €150 will be charged in addition at the time of booking (refundable within 7 days after departure).

Penthouse Nuremberg
The apartment is located in the urban district of Nuremberg-Südstadt, just a few minutes from the city center. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. The Schweiggerstraße and Landgrabenstraße tram stops are about 250 m and 350 m away, respectively, providing easy access to Nuremberg city center, the main train station, and the trade fair center. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet and offers free parking directly by the house.
Hemhofen – Centrally located between Erlangen, Höchstadt, and Forchheim
Our two apartments are located in the quiet community of Hemhofen, between Erlangen and Forchheim. Shops, bakeries, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The "Hemhofen Schloßhof" and "Zeckern Bahnhof" bus stops are about 600 m and 400 m away, respectively, providing ideal connections. Buses run from there to Erlangen, Höchstadt, and Forchheim, providing easy access to all major destinations in the region. Free parking is available directly on the street in front of the house. The surrounding area is ideal for walks, bike rides, and excursions into the Franconian countryside.
