Lunch break: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Night rest: 10 pm – 7 am

Please respect your neighbors.

 🚭 Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted on terraces or balconies; please use ashtrays.

 🐾 Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 🎉 Events, parties, events or loud celebrations are not permitted.

 🚘 A free parking space is available in front of the house. Parking is at your own risk.

 🔥 Barbecues and open fires are prohibited for safety reasons.

 🧽 Cleanliness - Please leave the apartment swept clean. Empty the dishwasher and dispose of trash.

 📶 Free Wi-Fi is available. Use for illegal purposes is prohibited.

 🧒 Children & Safety:

Parents are responsible for their children. Play equipment (if available) is used at your own risk.

 🏠 When leaving the apartment:

 Please close windows and lock doors.

 🔐 Key loss must be reported – replacement costs will be charged.

📹 Safety & Sensors:

•  There are outdoor cameras on the property for security purposes. Indoor areas are not monitored.

•  💧 Water sensors detect water leaks early to prevent damage.

•  🔊 Noise sensors help ensure quiet hours. No conversations or noises are recorded.

•  🌡️ Digital temperature sensors only measure the room temperature and do not record any personal data.



 📜 House rules - The landlord or a representative may enter the apartment in urgent cases (e.g. repairs) after prior notice.
